Visas
You may need a visa if you are traveling to the United States from another country. Visit this website to find out if you need to apply for a visa. The consular officer at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply will determine your visa eligibility and the visa category suitable for your purpose of travel, based on U.S. immigration law. We recommend applying for your visa as early as possible.
Invitation Letters
A letter of invitation is provided only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. If you require an invitation letter please contact Brianna Orr ([email protected]) via email. The letter will be provided by email. In your email, provide the following information:
Complete name
Mailing address
Accepted paper number (if applicable)
Accepted paper title (if applicable)
Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application.
